Work description
The Council invites quotes for the new build timber frame block at the school to provide a library room, with associated canopy and external works to address levels and access at Becontree Primary School as detailed in the accompanying tender documents. The proposed timetable for the works including but not limited to period of Contract is as below: - Site set up: Monday 22nd July 2024 (Note: 24th July - end August 2024: school summer holiday period) - Completion of works: 24th January 2025 (26-week construction period)
