Care Leavers Mentoring

Description

We are looking for a service which can offer two levels of support; the priority and majority group being a more intensive offer for our 18-25-year-olds and a lighter touch approach focussed on education, training, and employment for 16-18-year-olds. The provider will detail in their response how they would deliver a mixed model of 1:1 mentoring and some focussed group sessions, ensuring support is available at appropriate and relevant times. Each mentee will receive a person centred, solution focussed, personalised support package.
