## Description

Bolton Muslim Girls School is an outstanding voluntary aided faith school serving the needs of approximately600 students\. Following a review of catering services and building work to create a canteen kitchen, the senior management team and governing body have decided to undertake a tender project to appoint a catering contractor\. The School wish to appoint a true partner to help develop the Services to reflect the high standards being drive and achieved in all other aspects of the School\. The School will select a catering partner who can work with the management team and students to provide vibrant, healthy and appealing catering services at a consistently high standard, representing best value for money\. Ideally, the Service will be self-sustaining \(i\.e\. the canteen services being purchased \(including FSM payment\) will cover costs of running the Service as described with no more than a moderate amount of profit being made by the chosen Contractor\.
