## Description

Cockett Wick Defences is a WEM legacy project from PDU4 which has been progressed towards Gateway 2 \(GW2\) by a non-Collaborative Delivery Framework \(CDF\) Consultant\. The objective of this contract is to ensure the Consultant completes a 'gap analysis' and the necessary works to facilitate submission of an OBC\.
