2289/444/CW/NW/19 - Binocular Microscope

The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for a Binocular Microscope on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, Northwest Group in Preston, Lancashire.

Scope of Requirement:

The binocular microscope is to be used primarily for metallographic inspection of additively manufactured samples in a research and development environment. Other uses will include the inspection of welds and weld tracks but this will be a central resource for all the AMRC North West research themes so the equipment is expected to be flexible and intuitive to operate for multiple users.
