Historic England new Blogs website - AWARD

Historic England would like an agency to build a new home for our existing blog sites hosted on Word Press https://heritagecalling.com/ and https://thewreckoftheweek.com/, and migrate existing content into the Historic England corporate site https://historicengland.org.uk which is hosted on Umbraco.

This requirement is to ensure that the Historic England blog meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards and reaches a wider audience by making it accessible to all. The new blog has been designed by the HE in-house design team. User testing has already been carried out on a wireframe prototype and adjustments to the design have been made based on that round of user testing. These wireframes and full designs are supplied as part of this document.
