Mechanical and Electrical refurbishment works - Lathkilldale and Kirtley - AWARD

Description

DCG have a requirement for Phase 1 of Lathkilldale refurbishment located at Broomfield Hall at DE7 6DN and Kirtley AC located at the Roundhouse DE24 8JE over the summer period completing on 29.08.25 in time for the new academic year in September. Phase 1 encompasses works, heating and AC works (Mechanical and Electrical) and minor plumbing works. Please see the tender pack for further details.
