## Description

Contractor to undertake various Landlord's works at the 100 Temple Offices, Redcliff, Bristol, BS1 6AG\. The objective of the works is to improve quality and accessibility within key common areas: i\. Development of a new enhanced and extended reception within the Ground Floor\. This will include a new internal entrance lobby, creation of a new Reception desk with associated service spaces behind, the replacement of all internal finishes and services installation to suit the new arrangement\. ii\. External area: reconfigure the existing external access ramp and section of adjacent steps to achieve compliance with latest accessibility standards\. iii\. Other minor works The Contract award is in two stages a Pre-Construction Services Agreement, for the first stage of the Building Contractor procurement\.
