Work description
The Combined Authority and Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership wish to procure an initial piece of consultancy support for the development of a detailed program of work designed to better understand the role, presence and distribution of key supply chain companies (often referred to as "Primes") across the geography of the 11 Northern Powerhouse LEPs (Local Enterprise Partnerships).
