## Description

New Alresford Town Council are inviting interested parties to put forward a price for grass cutting and grounds maintenance across the Council's four open spaces and the allotments, for the period from March 2023-March 2024, with the possibility of this being extended by a further two years\. We strongly recommend you contact 01962 732079 or email deputyclerk@newalresford-tc\.gov\.uk to arrange a site visit before submitting your price and documents, in order to understand fully the nature of the works involved and the local environment \. Please read and complete in full the Request for Quote document and also send in a copy of your Risk Assessment and Public Liability Insurance\. The documents may be submitted by hard copy or electronically to: Deputy Clerk Alresford Recreation Centre Arlebury Park The Avenue Alresford Hampshire SO24 9EP deputyclerk@newalresford-tc\.gov\.uk The closing date for submission is Thursday 16th February at 12\.00 noon\. Please note that two references will be requested from the preferred contractor\.
