## Description

Rossendale Borough Council \(RBC\) are seeking fixed fee Tender submissions on a traditional basis from suitably qualified Design Teams to develop the Haslingden Big Lamp project from RIBA Stage 1 up to RIBA Stage 3 \+ and to support a Stage 2 Application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund at Delivery Stage\. The development stage of this project involves developing the Outline Area Action Plan into a detailed Area Action Plan in line with National Lottery Heritage Fund guidance\. Further specific requirements for the Stage 2 Application \(development stage\) are featured in Section 2 of the Design Brief\. The delivery stage of this project involves repairs, reinstatement of architectural detail and public realm improvements to the Deardengate area of Haslingden\.
