Waring Green Community Centre - Re-Roof and Chimney Pointing Works

All documentation is available at www.yortender.co.uk. The Council require one contractor to deliver roof and pointing works at Waring Green Community Centre, Brighouse. The works consist of the reroofing of the areas above the main entrance, kitchen, and art rooms involving the removal and replacement of valley gutters and roof glazing. Pointing to the chimneys will also take place as part of the project. Please see the attached schedule of works for full details of the work required. Site visits are a condition to quote and dates will be published via the messaging portal once available.
