CPU 3438 The Midlands Engine Mental Health Productivity Pilot

To work across the Midlands Engine geography to develop and test innovative interventions that seek to (a) mitigate and reduce sickness levels and the impact of reduced productivity for business due to employee absence, or employees working with mental health conditions without appropriate support, (b) reduce the numbers of employees who leave employment due to mental illness, and (c) support an increase in employee mental wellbeing.
