## Description

NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking to commission an Any Qualified Provider list for the provision of Age Related Hearing Loss Services for the Central Region of Norfolk and Waveney \(though this may be extended at a later stage to other geographies in the CCG \(East Norfolk, West Norfolk\)\. The aim of the Service is to provide a comprehensive patient-centred community adult hearing service for hearing loss in line with national guidance and local requirements, for those aged 50and over\. The vision is that people with hearing problems will receive high quality, efficient services delivered closer to home, with short waiting times and high responsiveness to the needs of local communities\.
