Award will be based on lowest price, however, the proposed start and completion dates \(to be entered on the Excel specification document\) must be acceptable to Alliance Homes \. If a bidder submits the lowest price but timings are not acceptable to Alliance Homes, then we reserve the right to award to the next lowest price bidder and so on\.
