## Description

Procure a Lead Engineer for a Techno-Economic feasibility study relating to removing methane/ fossil fuel heat for The Spine, Novotel & future units at Paddington Village, in line with LCC Net Zero 2030 commitments\. The study will also examine potential to expand heat network to adjacent low income housing in compliance with Net Zero City Plan and Public Health and Housing indicators\.
