Provision of refurbishments of 7 flats at 2 Maryland Road, Haringey

The scope of the project is the internal refurbishment of the whole property; there are currently 6 independent rooms with some having shared bathrooms.

The proposal is to make some minor internal layout alterations to form 8 separate rooms, 5 with personal bathrooms and 3 with a shared bathroom.

The refurbishment to the whole internal areas of the property will include full redecoration and floor coverings to all areas, minor day to day and void repairs to some rooms and overhaul of the windows.
