## Description

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency \(MHRA\) requires a supplier to provide an Employee Assistance Programme, offering a number of Services to support staff; the Services shall be accessed on an ad hoc/call-off basis as required and there is no guarantee of the volume of work\. The supplier must be able to offer support and advice via an Online Portal/App, Digital Services including Live Chat and a mobile phone application, and by Telephone and face to face\.
