## Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames \(The Council\) wishes to engage Consultants with a high level of experience and expertise in leisure services and asset management\. The Consultants will undertake a strategic and commercial feasibility study and propose a sustainable Borough wide Masterplan\. The Masterplan will provide recommendations as to whether or not the following sites need to be replaced, upgraded or consolidated: i\) Kingfisher Leisure Centre; ii\) Malden Centre; iii\) Tolworth Recreation Centre; iv\) Kingsmeadow Athletics and Fitness Centre; and v\) Chessington Sports Centre; The Masterplan will: i\) Set out the component parts and shape of all future leisure facilities in the borough; ii\) Provide recommendations and proposals setting out explicitly where leisure facilities in the borough need to be located; and iii\) Provide cost forecasting detailing the estimated cost of all future leisure facilities in the borough\.
