ASC0296 - Sustainable Adult Social Care Improvement Plan

Leicester City Council "the Authority" has awarded this contract to Ernst & Young LLP under ESPO Framework 664_21 Consultancy Services.

The service intends to support Adult Social Care within Leicester City Council to develop an outline approach, roadmap, and business case to underpin the development and implementation of an Early Intervention and Prevention strategy.

The service will support the development of a Sustainable Adult Social Care Improvement Plan aligned to a Council Wide Early Intervention and Prevention Approach. The Service Provider will complete an examination of our current operations and processes; and to support us in building our vision and plans for a long-term strategy for early intervention and prevention.

The proposed Contract will be for an initial period of 2 months to commence on 2nd August 2023, with an option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for a further period of 1 month, taking the contract term to a maximum of 3 months.
