Supporting Horizontal mobilisation work urgently required for Org Design of UKHSA, covering 'As Is' and 'To Be' identification and mapping of new transformational end -end processes across the UKHSA. Scenario testing selected core processes. Testing against the vertical organisation design to support the new ways of working. Mapping out all existing processes from across PHE and T&T, understanding accountabilities, interfaces, key areas for improvement and duplication.
