Highways England is required to set up a contract for the provision of commercial services. Commercial Delivery within the Commercial and Procurement Directorate support the delivery directorates to achieve good business outcomes by developing cost, time and supplier intelligence required for effective decision making. It also protects the commercial interests of Highways England through active contract and dispute management.
