The Council's key objectives for this tender specification are;

• To appoint RICS accredited Chartered Surveyors with specialisms in providing residential property development consultancy and valuation work who can work flexibly, within a changing environment. • To appoint a consultancy that can provide support to the Housing and Growth Team, on wide range of technical residential property development, compulsory purchase, planning and valuation matters
