ALTERATION TO LIFEGUARD STATION

Description

Proposed modernisation and alteration works to the lifeguard station include the following: • Install new sliding double doors to replace existing window. • Remove existing internal staircase and reinstate roof. • Install new galvanised external staircase as shown on accompanying plans. • Install new Alwitra type roof covering over the entire roof. • Install new safety railings to match existing in the position shown on accompanying plans. • Decorate inside and out. • Lay new floorcovering as required.
