Thanet District Council \(the Employer\) are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified dredging Contractor/s to undertake hydrodynamic \(as opposed to mechanical\) maintenance water injection dredging within the Harbour Limits of the Port of Ramsgate, including the Royal Harbour\. This requirement is split into two lots\.
