## Description

This is a direct award via a negotiated procedure without competition \(below threshold\)\. The Local Area Coordination Network, part of Community Catalysts CIC, will work in partnership with South Tyneside Council \(and partners\) to co-design a robust, evidence based and locally relevant Local Area Coordination programme that reflects and builds on core principles, national and international learning and most importantly South Tyneside's local circumstances\.
