## Description

\*\* This is an awarded contract and not a call for competition \*\* BlueLight Commercial \(the Tendering Authority\) has awarded a Contract for the Provision of a Lead Delivery Partner for PoliceAI on behalf of the College of Policing LTD \(the Contracting Authority\)\. This Contract is a Call-Off from Lot 1 \(ICT Strategic Partner\) of the ICT Framework established by the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire \(reference 2024/S 000-039511\) following a further competition under this Framework\. The Contract Value is capped at £30,000,000 \(30 million\) including VAT\. The committed value for Year 1 is £11,433,385\.20 including VAT, for core resources provided by the Supplier\. All other work is subject to Statements of Work\. The Contract Term shall be for a period of 36 months with the option to extend by a further period of 12 months\.
