Floating support for client with LD

To appoint a care provider with the purpose of providing floating care and support at an address in the Halewood area of Knowsley to enable and empower an individual with a learning disability to access the local community, promote independence, increase life skills, improve social inclusion and to achieve maximum choice and control in their life.
