Work description
The Environment Agency is looking to review its current Portfolio Management Office (PMO) arrangements and effectiveness to ensure that they are suitable to meet the needs of the organisation and is fit for the future. This requirement is to complete a short gap analysis exercise to help inform the future direction of the review.
