## Description

Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 apprenticeship for employees working within educational settings across Walsall, using a flexible, blended delivery model comprising of work based learning, taught sessions, off the job training and end point assessment in line with the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education requirements\. The training will be delivered primarily on site within school settings, supplemented by remote and face to face learning where appropriate and is designed to support workforce development, skills progression and retention within the education sector\.
