This is an award notice - Manchester City Council is a democratic organisation run by 96 elected Councillors, representing the 32 wards within the city\. There are approximately 7 500 officers who deliver the policies created by and agreed by Councillors, who are led by our Chief Executive Joanne Roney OBE\.
