A call-off from the Generation 4-TWO 2020 - 2024 Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework (Awarded April 2020). The works comprise of: 1) Early Contractor Involvement to provide support in discharging planning conditions and environmental permissions, as well as developing the construction phase price, programme and methodology information 2) Constructing a bus lane and bus priority signals on Delme Roundabout, Fareham 3) Provision of a two way segregated cycle track 4) Improved pedestrian facilities 5) Junction improvements at the Cams Hill estate junction 6) Providing the civils works for updated crossing facilities (ITS)
