GB-London: Contract for DLO Drainage Works Sub-Contractor

Description

Circle Housing Property Services (CHPS) is a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), which provides reactive repair services to Clarion Housing stock in East Anglia, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Surrey. Though most of CHPS repairs jobs are performed by in-house resources, they have a constant requirement for sub-contractors to cover works where the capacity or expertise are not available internally. Therefore Clarion wishes to appoint a contractor for the following works where CHPS in-house resources do not have the capacity: Drainage Works (Including drain, gully and channel clearance, drain, gully, and channel installation/repair, and drain surveys and testing) for the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire/Essex, and Surrey regions.
