The Provision of Mentoring for Care Experienced Young People

We are looking for a service which can offer two levels of support; the priority and majority group being a more intensive offer for our 18-25 year olds and a lighter touch approach focussed on education, training and employment for 16-18 year olds.

The provider will detail in their response how they would deliver a mixed model of 1:1 mentoring and some focussed group sessions, ensuring support is available at appropriate and relevant times. Each mentee will receive a person centred, solution focussed, personalised support package.

The frequency and length of support will be based on an individual's needs although will not formally exceed 24 months. Some relationships may continue beyond this on an informal basis.
