A call-off competition was run between suppliers on Lot 3 \(Retrofit managing agents \(delivery\)\) and Lot 4 \(Retrofit assessment and surveying, PAS2035 compliance and retrofit project management services\) of the Procure Plus Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) for Retrofit Delivery Programmes\. 2 contracts have been awarded for Design of plans and 2 contracts have been awarded for installation of retrofit\.
