Engineering, Teaching and Research Building

Construction of a 2 storey Engineering, teaching and research building. to capture both shell, core and fit out project works. The project team are required to deliver a building with a BREEAM rating of excellent and EPC A rating. The team will be using the principles contained in the BRE Green guide to specifications.
