## Description

To stablise and secure the existing EPR platform by analysing the current state and designing the future state through business and technical analysis\. To start to build work packages needed to implement the agreed design and leverage further benefits through a series of improvement projects \(progressive enhancements\)\. This will enable planning and resourcing for the future work required\.
