## Description

This is a Contract Award Notice\. The Care Quality Commission \(CQC\) require the services of an Support Partner to provide a Managed Support Service for its Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations-based Finance System\. The provision of support will include 2nd Line Support & Maintenance Services during CQC's standard working hours and will include System Evergreening activities and support / resolution of system user service requests and incidents\. This procurement was undertaken through the CCS G Cloud 13 Framework Agreement \(RM1557\.13\), Lot 3 Cloud Support, following the Direct Award process\. The Contract is awarded for a total period of 12 months\. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions\. Contract Reference: CQC RCCO 120
