## Description

Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing is seeking an experienced and competent contractor to carry out a JCT minor works contract for roofing works, and to subcontract gas boiler replacement works to properties 1-8 Vernon Court, Lower Port View, Saltash, Cornwall PL12 4BY\. The works include the replacement of roof coverings and facia/soffits including guttering/rainwater goods, new flat roof construction, chimney removals and gas boiler replacements\. The intention is to award the works to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 60% Price and 40% Quality\.
