Support and Continuous improvement for external digital Services

Description

The scope of this requirement is for support and continuous improvement of external digital services including, but not limited to food.gov.uk, SAC sites and MyHACCP 2 years plus the option to extend for 2 period(s) of up to 12 months each The maximum contract value over the 4 years will be capped £1.5m. This is figure includes roughly £1,200,000 for discretionary major enhancement work the FSA may wish to commission over the life of the contract. There will be no commitment from the FSA to undertake/spend any funds on major enhancement work over the life of the contract. The FSA's budget for support and continuous improvement is £70,000 per annum.
