Maundene Primary School Stabilisation & Refurb Works

Medway Council ('the Council') is seeking to procure the services of an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the steel frame, concrete slab stabilisation and Refurbishment Works a Maundene Primary School. The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract by mid-May 2018 with a subsequent commencement date of 16th July 2018. The estimated value of the works is approximately within the range £300K - £350K. The estimated Contract period will be for 7 working weeks
