## Description

TfGM have awarded a Contract for the provision of a collaborative planning tool to Via Technologies B\.V\. \(trading as Remix\), covering transit planning, blocking, on-demand planning & licensing to support TfGM's Bus Franchising/ route planning\. Due to the timeliness of these requirements and the estimated value of the requirement being below threshold, a direct award option was utilised whilst TfGM review and evaluate longer-term collaborative planning requirements in 2025\.
