## Description

Installation of new berths along the harbour wall at Capricorn Quay\. The new berths will also include a floating services block with showers and WCs\. Pontoons will be fitted with fresh water and electricity points providing boaters access with pre-paid cards\. Harbourside access to the pontoons will be via a security-controlled gate in Hotwells Road\.
