Description
Palladium, as delivery partner for the UK PACT programme, invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for technical assistance to support the digital transformation of Nigeria's Rural Electrification Agency (REA) under the REPAAS initiative. This opportunity involves leading the design and deployment of four integrated digital platforms that will modernize REA's operations and accelerate Nigeria's clean energy transition. The selected supplier will support: Digitization of procurement and project management systems Development of an open-source CRM platform for off-grid energy developers Integration of a Renewable Energy Credit (REC) system to unlock climate finance Strategic support for scaling REA's off-grid training and developer support platform Interested suppliers/consortia are encouraged to review the RfQ documentation and submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions above by the Close Date and Time.
