BHCC HP Home Improvement Agency (2017) - AWARD

The Council invites bidders to respond to this ITT for the provision of Home Improvement Agency (HIA) service for a contract operating within the City of Brighton & Hove for a term of two years and 10 months.

The aim of the service is to provide vulnerable older people and disabled people living in the private sector with advice and support to evaluate their options with regard to their future housing. Where needed, the service will assist with referral on to the relevant services e.g. Housing Adaptations, Children's Disability services, or for Community Equipment and Minor Adaptations or to other support services such as independent financial advice.
