## Description

HS2 has a requirement for continued support with the mobilisation and maturity approach for the Rail Systems Contracts and Alliance and the continued transition support to the Midland Stations\. The HS2 requirements for support include four areas: 1\. Contract/Alliance maturity approach and plan including: a\. Support the review, delivery of preparatory and/or refinement of approaches and plans and early delivery of: i\. the Rail Systems maturity assessment including maturity matrix and supporting evidence ii\. Alliance KPI review and/or development including a collaboration KPI iii\. Alliance KPI operational management approach b\. Early delivery of the Midland Stations maturity review including: i\. route plan and independent validation of Full Operating Capability for Curzon ii\. independent validation of Initial Operating Capability for Interchange iii\. route plan and independent validation of Full Operating Capability for Interchange 2\. Collaboration Framework Lessons Learned/handover: a\. Continued development of the lessons learned reports and support with the integration of learning across collaboration activities
