## Description

The London Borough of Harrow wishes to procure a concession contract for the provision of lamp column electric vehicle charging points within the borough\. The borough wishes to award a contract for the concessionaire to install, maintain and provide a service for electric vehicle charging points in a minimum of 225 sites\. This procurement is being conducted as a concession contract with a value above the concession contract threshold\.
