Provision of Childrens Centre Cleaning Services MX

Weston Area Health (NHS) Trust are inviting Tenders for the cleaning of the site facility located in Children's Centre (Known as the 'Barn') Great Western Road Clevedon. The building is set out on two levels consisting of a reception area, general office space, clinical examination rooms, kitchen area and toilet facilities. A daily and weekly cleaning schedule will be required. The cleaning services will take place Monday to Friday between the hours of 06.00 to 08.00 hrs this is out of normal working hours however the building may be occupied by certain members of staff during these times. The Contract term shall be for 2 years with an option to extend by two further years plus one year. Contract term in total if fully extended 5 years. Both parties will have the opportunity to review the contract annually therein.
