265.16 - Night Support at Home Service

As part of the offer to support people in their own homes, Wigan Council provides a Night Service which supports those residents who need planned visits during the night as well as in the day.

We are looking for providers who have the skills and abilities to ensure people, where possible, can be supported to become and remain independent after a period of ill health or a change in their home environment, with the aim of enabling residents of Wigan to remain safe in their own homes, both during the day and night for as long as possible and reduce the need to move to a care home or similar settings.
