## Description

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of a Smoking Cessation Application \(App\) - a digital App for smoking cessation support to be provided alongside the GP and Pharmacy smoking cessation service offered to Birmingham residents The contract will be for a period of 4 years \(A 2-year initial contract term with an option to extend for a further 2 years\) subject to satisfactory performance and budgetary availability\. The contract will be awarded to 1 Provider\. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system \(in-tend\) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest\.
